Robert Zanini (born 1963) [1]
Zanini studied industrial and production engineering at the ETH Zurich and today works at the Inspire AG Institute at the ETH as a specialist in machining and manufacturing technology and prototype construction. He became interested in reliefs as early as his school days and made his first step models. The digital terrain models he became acquainted with during his studies opened up new methods for the production of reliefs using computer-controlled processing machines. This led to the creation of various small and large-format reliefs that convey visitor-friendly information in museums and information centers with additional projections.
