Leo Aegerter (1875–1953) [1]

From 1897 to 1935 he made numerous cartographic mountain photographs of the Austrian Alps and the Dolomites for the German and Austrian Alpine Association. In addition, he produced a series of alpine reliefs. He was a great advocate of the exaggeration of landscape reliefs. After 1945 he worked for the Swiss Land Survey.
